I found a pattern!

I found this great pattern on my own site LOL by Melissa and Company for a Star Guy. It comes with a muslin face pattern or you can make your own clay face or she sells the ones she makes. I think I have one of her faces laying around and I think I am going to attempt to make this guy and if I do I will post the picture. He looks like he would be alot of fun to make! I might try him with velvet material altho for me velvet is very hard to work with. So only time will tell.
Today I am off to the Folsom Peddlers Faire...it's usually loaded with antiques (like me) but hopefully I can find a craft or piece of art stuck in here and there.

Pinchlips Patootie and her Crow

Here's a great witch pattern for Halloween! A witch with huge feet holding a crow and she actually has a cute face. With my slightly off kilter sense of humor here is a cat with a mouse in it's mouth. Now you could use it for any holiday or none just by adding a bow for the season. It's called "Cat and Mouse". Click on the picture to go there and check them out.

Busy week here

It feels like fall and all the leaves on my trees are beginning to do their thing. Looks like a new rake is in order this year too. I got my Halloween boxes from Cyndi of Keepers of the Past this week and thought I would share them. They are really neat huh? Here is a picture of a set of wind chimes by Momma B's Front Porch...Vickie's hubby cuts all the wood and she paints it. I have a set of her wind chimes and the work is way good! I sold Romulus and Romilda this week too and they are leaving me for their new home tomorrow. I will be sad to see them go so maybe I need to make a pattern for them. Have a good week you all!

It's a pin to wear!

No! It's a work of art! I recently won this work of art pin to wear from Babycakes Doodles and Designs. What a wonderful idea to wear a work of art! Dont you agree? Of course I am a cat lover too owning 12 of them. 2 indoor and 10 barn cats. Sandra knows what I like!
